eTOM implementation.

We identified the inefficiencies (Quick wins) to improve the internal efficiency and develop the new processes map being this flexible, organised by levels and independent from the organization, the technology and the services.


Rationalization of the assurance OSS.

We updated and simplified the network systems map with a project of future solutions for the ONO network management.

We also carried out the PMO of different projects oriented to the QoS management and new services development simplification, the improvement of the SdR environment efficiency and management, the removal of phase-out and discontinuous systems and finally the abstraction of network upper layers complexity.


PMO for the OSS implementation project.

Project management office to implement and use the Netcool, Infovista and Remedy solutions.

We also carried out the new management model (processes and procedures) definition.


Processes and systems engineering.

We defined the new operation model of the company through a current situation analysis, an inefficiencies (Quick wins) identification and a new Information Quality processes and O&M processes maps.


Use plan of an optical fibre backbone design and development.

We carried out the access and transport network deployment strategy, the transport network design, the deployment plan and the design of the necessary processes like the identification and the O&M processes for the successful bidder for the deployment and the use of the network.

We also gave support during the concession model definition and during all the tender and awarding processes.

As representors of the Guinea Equatorial Republic inside the Executive, the Deployment, the Traffic and O&M committees, we participated in the deployment, the launch and the use of the ACE system.


Management and processes tools audit.

We analysed the current network operation processes and the relative tools in order to be able to propose those recommendations that would allow the cut down of the number of current systems and centralize some tasks. Thanks to this study, we improved the network operation efficiency and the quality of the offered services.

In order to reach these objectives, Aggaros compared the GNFT systems and processes respect the best industry practices with the NGOSS as a reference (


OSS/BSS solutions acquisition.

We carried out the OSS/BSS requirements definition and gave support to the RFQ to acquire the Network Performance and Fault Management tools.


eTOM oriented processes and organization consultancy.

We analyze the business processes to change them to the standard eTOM.

We developed a new organizational model, a new processes systems recommendations map. We also carried out the change implementation.


Team Leader inventory.

Tecnocom was the licensed company of the New Provision Chain project organised by the UNE. Aggaros worked as Inventory Team Leader and gave support during the inventory and supply processes definition.


BSS/OSS processes definition support.

We defined a new processes and systems model thanks to an analysis of the current situation (AS-IS) and a new model (TO-BE) development.
